One DODO in New England developed a great tool for helping flummoxed fathers with that very problem. Called the "Chatting Chart," this useful device lists allows your little lass to list the names of all her friends along with the current status of her relationship with those other boys and girls. Sunday nights are ideal for getting daughters to complete the chart. Not only do you start the week off with some semblance of a clue, you benefit from the results of weekend interactions.
